Products & subscriptions
Zenvio sells personalized supplement subscriptions delivered on a 30-day cycle. Your plan is built based on the information you provide during the health assessment. Zenvio supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a physician before starting a new supplement routine.
Subscription billing
- Subscriptions are billed automatically every 30 days from the date of your first order.
- You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard before your next billing date.
- Zenvio reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
Intellectual property

Refund Policy

30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your first order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund — no return required. This applies to first-time orders only.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be refunded under our standard policy, but exceptions are made at our discretion.
How to request a refund

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
